First service at this location due "service needed" indicator. Car was initially purchased at Irvine location and serviced; however due to poor customer service and follow up (service dept) I left that location. Brought car in (0800 hrs) and was immediately greeted by service department. They were professional and friendly and provided a clear invoice for any work needed. Was provided a loaner vehicle and work was done by end of day. Vehicle was clean upon pick up. Prior to leaving dealership, I was assisted by GM Yoo who took the time to show me a hybrid vehicle. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Great job by all.

I recently placed a $1,000 deposit on a 2023 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid SEL convenience at the Laguna Niguel dealership. My deposit was to reserve the car for purchase and the dealership notified me the car would arrive Feb. 7th. I was on vacation Feb 3rd-6th when I received several voicemails stating the car arrived early. I notified them I was on vacation and was still planning to come on the 7th to buy the car. I was informed ton the 7th (the day i was supposed to pick up the car) they sold the car which i placed the deposit on and further more the managers "Juan" and "Sam" say they are not at fault and there is nothing they can do to remedy this situation other than place another deposit on another vehicle... I am disgusted with this terrible customer service and the fact they sold my reserved car has placed a huge hardship on myself and my family. To make matters worse they have lied to me about refunding my deposit, they have stated they refunded it and even said they would email me the recipt of the refund, however, I have NOT recieved any refund in my bank statements NOR have I recived the email with the recipt of refund. Now "Juan" and "Sam" the sales managers are avoiding my calls, refusing to return my voicemails and now it has been 10 days since they should have refunded my deposit and I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCUM! 1. They should have never sold the car I had a deposit on without my concent. 2. They should have refunded my deposit as soon as they sold the car to someone else. 3. They need to improve their communication / transparancey as they are now holding $1,000 of my hard earned cash without a care in the world for how it may impact my family. I am disgusted with these people and recommend you look at another dealership.
