F45 Training Laguna Niguel

I have been so lucky to find this treasure place! I am visiting Laguna Niguel for 2 weeks from London and I stumbled into f45 accidentally on my first day here. Smiley Sandra greeted me straight from the door and signed me up for the week! Absolutely love this place! The workouts are so diverse and they push you to reach new heights. I have come every single day since my arrival! Its fun, its clean and everyone is incredibly warm and kind!

This F45 is awesome!! The equipment is in great condition and the place is always clean. Sandra, Caelan, Logan, David and the rest of the coaches are amazing!! They are all so friendly and sincere. They are super motivating and know how to keep the energy up. Very good HIIT work outs and resistance days!

F45 is my favorite way to start the day. All of the coaches are so friendly and helpful, the equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very motivating. The classes are challenging but you leave feeling so good. I definitely recommend F45 for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. Sandra, Maddie, Kelly, Caelan, David, Logan, Stephen, and Scott, you guys are all fantastic! Thanks for motivation and encouragement!

I'm not surprised this place has such good reviews! I've been coming here for about 5 months now and I'm so happy to have joined. I'm always excited to come to workout because everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The coaches are excellent and always provide modifications of you need them or make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. I know I'm about to get in a really good workout every time. When you attend the same time class every day, you get to know the same people which is nice. Always positive energy, and always leave feeling good If you have a myzone, you can connect to their screens and track your heart rate and all that. The place is always clean and the equipment is always in good condition.
