Tribefit OC - Group Fitness

This is great gym! I have been coming here for 5 months and see many improvements. Work outs are fun and never the same. Great atmosphere and energy of tribe:)

This is a GREAT gym! Coach Ed gives personal attention to individual needs and helps each person maintain proper form. This is as close to a personal trainer in a small group setting that you can get!!

If you're looking for a group fitness class in the Laguna Niguel/Aliso Viejo area, look no further then TribeFit OC! Coach Ed is seriously one of the nicest, most caring coaches/people I have ever met. He genuinely cares and only wants his members to succeed in their fitness goals. Everyone is so supportive of each other. The facility is top notch, has great equipment and is super clean. The 45 minute classes are challenging and fun with awesome music! Come on in and give it a try....you won't be sorry!!

Coach Ed has been great since my first day. He is very knowledgeable and always gives tips on how to improve your form. The classes are different each day, and you get to make each class as challenging as you want.
