Chase Bank

The people in this branch are nice and patient. If you are old or new to banking system, this is a perfect place as they will take the time to explain it to you as long as you need. But if you know what you are trying to do (such deposit check to IRA), it will take A LONG TIME 30 minutes+ since only the banker could do that. I gave up and went to another branch in Ladera which took me like 10 minutes from entering to completion.

Lena is very helpful and friendly. She went all the way to help me. She is so patient and willing to listen to her customer. One of the best customer service i had received after banking with Chase for more than 10 years. Really appreciate her help and services. Other stuff are friendly and made me feel welcome.
