        Great place to live. The staff is friendly , efficient and with lot’s of knowledge. I recommend The Palms at Laguna Niguel!!

        Walls are too thin and there's not a lot of insulation. Makes the apartment very cold or hot and loud. You can hear everything that's happening outside and in the apartments directly connected to you.

        i’m glad that they let me break my lease since i was not comfortable so they get a good rating for that, but my security deposit was not given back to me for there tub chipping issue. management is great and everyone of the staff is amazing, the apartment is old but that’s cause it’s an old complex. I had a great time living there because of staff and all that but the neighbors were awful. Everyone is amazing there i only had some issues

All 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes are thoughtfully appointed and include a refrigerator and full-size washer and dryer. Select apartments include an island-style kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and hardwood-style flooring. A variety of amenities are available, including a fitness center, pool, spa, and tennis courts. Pets can even enjoy an onsite dog park.
