The Vista at Laguna

Very disorganized and dysfunctional. Received a call that my scheduled tour needs to be rescheduled because they needed to prioritize someone else and as I am trying to get an explanation as to how they can do that if I have a confirmed tour time, she tells me she has someone in the office and has to go. Never received a call back. Very unprofessional and dysfunctional. Probably a good thing I realized this before moving in and suffering the consequences then.

My wife and I have been living at the vista for the past 3 years nad have been happily calling it our home. Such a wonderful and amazing experience. Our apartment had such an amazing view of the hills, making the experience ever more awesome. The amenities (pool, gym, club room) also greatly added to our overall experience. Special thanks to the Shannon, the manager at Vista, for her continued support and being so attentive to our asks and needs. You are amazing! Whenever we had any requests, Shannon and her team were very accommodating and our needs were addressed in a timely manner. So 5 stars all the way!!!

The Vista apartment has a very good community and is accessible to almost everything I need from gas stations, groceries, banks and even a library! Shannon and Ana who helped us through in our application are also very helpful and understanding! Keep up the good work! :)

I've been a tenant at 'The Vista at Laguna' for over 5 years, and I must say that my decision to choose this place has proven to be a great one. When I initially considered apartments in the area, I carefully compared my options, and the reasons for choosing this community continue to keep me here. First and foremost, the location of 'The Vista at Laguna' is a standout feature. Its proximity to the beaches and the serene, clean neighborhood make it an ideal choice for anyone who appreciates a peaceful environment. In addition, the facilities and buildings are well-maintained, providing a clean and modern atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. What truly sets this leasing office apart is their proactive approach to addressing repair requests and problem-solving. It's incredibly convenient to know that I don't have to worry about taking care of minor issues the team here handles them swiftly and effectively. The staff members are consistently kind and attentive, creating a welcoming and pleasant living environment. After 5 years here, I have yet to come across any apartment options that surpass what 'The Vista at Laguna' has to offer. The only reason I'd consider moving would be for a house, and that speaks volumes about the quality of this community.
