About a year ago I had South County A/C & Heating install a complete new A/C unit and furnace in my home in San Clemente led by service technician Zak Fritz and I was extremely happy with their quote and professional installation of my new system. I recently called on them to schedule an appointment to address a noise issue I was having when i turned on my furnace for heat. The appointment was quickly scheduled for the next day between 8 -10 AM. At 8AM sharp Zak Fritz was at my door . He went out of his way to troubleshoot my issue and even went up on my roof to check the furnace vent system was functioning properly. If you desire quality, honest Sales & Service when it comes to your A/C & Heating systems -call on South County Air!

We purchased a maintenance package and we had our first service yesterday. Nate was so polite and did an amazing job! He was honest and took his time to review everything with us. We were so happy with his service that we decided to contract a yearly package. Highly recommend :)

I decided to add air conditioning to one of my rental apartments in Newport and called 4 to 5 companies to come walk me through the process and give me estimates. Some of the companies did not have solutions for the unique issues in my older duplex, which also needed to meet city requirements. Prices were not consistent, and each company was recommending different solutions. South County Air presented options for me to choose. The estimate was very fair. Nate, the owner of South County heating and air came out the same day that I called and walked me through offering ideas and solutions to every issue I was dealing with. He also understood it was a rental and I wanted the best equipment to meet City requirements, but wanted to keep within my budget. He also came up with the best location solutions for equipment and how to run the lines and cable to each location. This was absolutely the best experience Ive had with any replacement or repair company. He and Alex who was the lead installer explain everything along the way . I often do not like to recommend companies to people I know because it seems like some thing often goes south. This company I do not hesitate to recommend. if you need repairs or heating or air installation I am sure you will be as happy as I was with their service. Thanks, Nate and Alex
