Timeshare Compliance

If I could give a zero star I would. We signed on with Timeshare Compliance August of 2021. We were told it would be closed 12-18 months. We have been waiting for 2 and a half years with no resolution. They have very poor communication. Our case is constantly bouncing from representative to representative. Difficult to get a hold of. Little in actual writing or documentation. And when we do hear back from them it's the same blanket response that this process takes time. We are stuck in this limbo and unable to get approved for a house loan due to it being "in dispute". Unable to get a house loan until it is resolved and no longer in dispute. At this point we wpuks like a refund and to see different council. Council that we can actually get a hold of.

Kate was wonderful and attentive in a resolution. She was quick in response and helped me every step into canceling time share. I'm grateful for this service.

I had good experience with this company until I tried to cancel them from trying to get me out of my Timeshare. I decided to keep my timeshare and I no longer needed their services any more. I have been trying to reach a person other then the customer rep that answers the phone. starting in Oct of 23, it is now April of 24 and still have not gotten a resolution. I was finally able to speak a person by the of Joanne who said she was a manager and that she would look into a form that I need to complete. My call with her was back on 3/25 and still nothing as of 4/5. I would not due any business with them ever again.

The experience of working with the company was amazing, although it took a while we did achieve what we set out to accomplish. The attention, and the ease getting us off the Hilton timeshare was not stressful in fact they remove the stress we were experiencing. Thank you and thanks again

Total scam! We paid them lots of money for nothing. All said and done after all they said they would do. We still own a timeshare with all the monthly fees, plus late fees since TSC said to just stop paying. Run Forest Run! I forgot to mention that they suck!
