After many months of careful consideration, I decided to sell my house and chose The Holley Group as my representative. The sale was very fast and Diana was very easy to deal with and was very opened minded, when it came to my wishes. I got full price offers and entered escrow very quickly. She even caught a paperwork issue that the buying agent was trying to get past us. I have sold many properties and I can say this was was smooth and no issues when it came to our part. Thanks to the Holley group we were finally able to find the perfect condo for us in Alisa Viejo. Not only were they very easy to work with but they were very knowledgeable of the market. Diane Holley is a true professional. She knows the industry and her 25+ years of experience shines thru. Today's current market is tricky and pricing your home appropriately to sell quickly needs someone who understands & follows the market closely. That's Diane. And she shares that knowledge which I truly appreciated. Plus, she guided every step of the way of what needed to be done 'showing' wise for a quick sale. We had to list our home in this midst of an unstable market however we wanted to list what the current sells closed at. When our showings were weak Diane quickly advised us to move to a more aggressive list price that would move our home quickly as time was of the essence. We didn't have leisure to 'try' the market. And she was ABSOLUTELY correct! We got our offer in a matter of days and still closed at a fantastic selling price. And just before another dollar drop in area's listing prices, so we are very happy and thankful. Soley due to Diane's expertise.
