Horrible experience. He actually told my teenage son that if he were to hit me, I should ask him what's upsetting him, that he should feel the need to hit me. I then asked the doctor what about the 4th, 5th, 12th time it happened. And he said, yes, you should not get angry; you should ask him why he feels the need to hit you. He is absolutely unskilled. Furthermore, he would cancel sessions due to his kids' holiday schedule and then ask why we had not shown up. I would respond that he had been the one to cancel. I think he has the skill level of a school counselor who is just an untrained individual, who makes himself available to talk about playground scuffles.
