After waiting until 1:45, I checked with the desk and was told that my surgery would now take place at about 3:00. I was surprised at he delay and very unhappy that no one informed me of the additional delay.
I told the desk clerk that I might need to reschedule my surgery to another day. She checked to see what could be done and I finally went in at about 2:00 to be prepared for my procedure and finally left at 3:45.
Once I got taken in for my procedure, the staff was very competent and helpful. I received a call from the center director after I made a complaint. And my procedure went well.
