I had been working with the same loan officer for years, buying three houses and doing multiple refinances. When my wife and I found our dream retirement home, this guy told us it was not doable. I was talked into contacting Patty, and we spent about an hour on the phone Saturday evening. She called me Sunday morning with a solution. My wife and I now live in Hawaii thanks to Pattys creativity and hard work. You cannot find a more knowledgeable, creative professional or a nicer person.

Buying a home is no doubt stressful and closing on time is a big part of it. Patty was so outstanding in every way that the loan process was simple, smooth and stress free for me. Lucky? Perhaps lucky that I found Patty. From start to finish Patty was proactive in all communication. I asked that I close in 30 days and she said she could do it but itd be tough. She of course did it! Patty always had my best interest, worked great with my real estate agent and in the end Patty became someone I can now call a friend. Although Im not in the market for another new house, she still keeps me in mind for when refinancing may make sense for me. In sum, what I like best about Patty is that she truly cares about her clients. Her follow through is impeccable. Shes trustworthy with my best interest in mind, trying to save me additional money if at all possible. Shes always available and she delivers as promised. Thats why Im a customer for life.
