As a long-time Transaction Coordinator I can truly say that Jerry and his Brokerage are top notch!I met Jerry while in escrow on a property in South Orange County.  We worked very well together and I was constantly impressed by his creative ways to help both Buyer and Seller come to an agreement regarding a tricky loan.  He "thinks outside of the box" and these days in Real Estate, that is impressive.  I am now proud to have worked with him and his agents on several more transactions and all have been a true pleasure.  He is a great Manager, Broker and Realtor!  Looking forward to watching his business continue to grow!

We recently bought a home and used this company. We didn't know any local agents. Since the company was located in Irvine and they actually answered the phone when we called. We met at their office and were introduced to a great agent. She explained the market and the local points of interest to us. After about a one hour consultation we went to see a couple homes. Our agent knew exactly the homes we would like and she also knew the market so we only looked at a few before making an offer. Since she knew the other realtor she was able to negotiate quickly and get our offer accepted. I was amazed that in 1 day we not only found the home, made an offer but had our offer accepted!!
