I've been to many infusion centers over the years and this is the best by far. Excellent care team and great facility. They are welcoming, skilled at getting the IV in on the first try, explaining the medication and equipment as they go, and checking on vitals regularly. On top of that, they offer heated recliner, blanket, and neck wrap all in a private room with Roku TV. As a patient, I feel very cared for here. Additionally, the scheduling and billing departments have been great to work with. I was able to pick infusion date/time that works with my schedule, and insurance pre-approval was super painless compared to previous experiences I've had elsewhere. They also interface with insurance and with medication rebate programs directly so I just see the final bill afterward instead of juggling those calls and mail on my own- not every infusion center does this, and it is another reason I am glad to be receiving my medication here.
