      image Dont even bother calling for any medical attention. The nurse Vidhi will never return your calls nor will the assistant Crystal, they are the most confused, neglectful and uneducated members of staff, they lack efficiency, they dont work in a timely manner, they take about a week to check their voicemails and then another another week to decided whether or not they will call backmost of the time, they chose not to or say I never got a voicemail. Please dont let your loved ones follow up at this place, they could care less about the life of our veterans. Its better to take patients to the VA in Long Beach, Lima Linda or San Diego.
