Dr Loc, asked her staff to notify me not to return to her practice because I complained to the insurance company about her staff being rude. Also no one was returning my calls from her office.

My mother saw Dr. Choan. The doctor spoke to my mother like she was a child. We had a follow up phone visit that the doctor never kept. I left 3 messages over a 2 week period . I finally received a return call after the third.. I would NEVER recommend that doctor..incompetent office staff and a doctor who doesnt care

I got a new Medical insurance. It's United healthcare Medicare coverage. Since dr Shen was in network and his office was close to where I live, I chose him . But doctor wouldn't see me unless I get my Medical history from my previous physicians. After talking for several times to his office Medical coordinator(Gabby )and giving her my other doctors info, I got no results,so i decided to find another doctor.

Excellent care. We have had a relationship with this office for the last five years. For 30 years Our son has had a potentially life threatening seizure disorder. This office was able to diagnose the issues and come up with effective affordable maintenance solutions. Last year, my wife started have complex migraines so severe they required hospitalization , Dr Loc who actually specializes in migraines was able to stop the migraines dead in its tracks. This is easily the most effective neurologist office we have worked with in 30 years
