My review is specifically regarding watches. I went here to get a battery changed out and the glass on my watch was scratched. It was quite obvious that the scratch was not there before because the watch has a white face which made the shadow from the scratch plainly viewable in the sunlight. They were unapologetic at the store and told me I must be mistaken. I would not recommend taking anything you value here and I certainly will not make that mistake again.

The jeweler had left (went in Monday at 4pm) and the woman working was very unhelpful and unfriendly. I understand not knowing about jewelry and being unable to answer questions related to estimates in pricing and timing of turnaround but she seemed annoyed and condescending. I was very put off and ended up going elsewhere (see my 5 star review of Muzo & co).
