        I have worked with Frank and his team for 15 years and my mother has been with him for at least 20. They have always been quick to get back to me. I carry, homeowners, car and earthquake insurance with them. Recently introduced my daughter to them as well.

        When I entered a question, Mr. Garza responded very quickly. I have switched to Allstate Insurance for their good customer service and responding to issues in a very timely manner. Good customer service has always been very important to me which seems to be quickly disappearing.
