Terrible. Dishonest salesperson tried to take advantage of my elderly mom at her senior living facility. Not criticizing the product, as I put the kibosh on the sale, just the shameful sales tactics. Bald-faced lies.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sonny and the kind and generous support staff (Grace, Heather and others). Sonny understands his products and is always able to solve any difficulty I may have. He has suggested 2 aids in the several years I have been seeing him. In both cases, the upgrade was appropriate and effective. He is willing, when needed, to come to my home, and always shows an interest in my family. During COVID, there was never any delay and mask protection was always used. I feel cared for and recommend the personalized service of Clear Choice Hearing. I recently had a hearing test and Sonny recommended changing some settings and he installed larger domes. I hear much better now! I had a feedback problem after a few days and today he corrected that easily in his office. I have been using Clear Choice for 10 years and will continue to do so.

Easy to make appointments, hearing evaluation & comprehension testing done. Hearing aids fitted & links to phone app. Customer Service 5 STARS. Highly recommended.
