Buyer Beware: I got the "three facials for $195" deal as a gift from my daughter. During my first facial, Karine said I was only getting "two cleansings" after that. Additionally, Karine was up selling me the whole time. After, when I complained about not getting the advertised services, Karine not only didn't try to accommodate me... She proceeded to argue with me for 15 minutes on the phone. I gave up. I suspect she intended that my credit be used up in one visit and it was. The facial consisted of a Sephora mask and clean up... nothing like I'm used to.My answer to her answer. Are you kidding me? Membership for $195.00 for 3 months? Do you think you're Burke Williams that has amenities? All you have is a bed, a door with no windows in 200 sq foot room? She's full of it! Don't let her waste your time trying to sell you her products and charging you for consultation.

Are you kidding me? Membership for $195.00 for 3 months? Do you think you're Burke Williams that has amenities? All you have is a bed, a door with no window in 100 sq foot room? She's full of it! Be honest to your customers!

Karine is a real pro, I had one previous experience with the service I got from another esthetician and it was so painful and bad it took me 3 years to try it again. With Karine, the pain was gone as quick as it started and she is a great conversationalist with a sense of humor making it much more comfortable. I am pleased with the results, she is knowledgeable in her trade as well. I recommend coming to her for swimsuit season and I'll definitely return.

Karine is amazing! My first time coming here I asked if she had any availability on a certain date... she was all booked up but offered to stay late to accommodate me!!! She was waxing my legs at 9 PM and STILL gave me high quality service. She is very thorough and I never have to touch up afterwards.   I definitely would recommend coming here!

Karine is a master of her craft: I highly recommend her services! She takes care to make the experience as painless as possible! Her personality is lovely and her attention to detail is impressive! A rare gem!
