Best customer service. I returned back to them because the car wash on Los Alisos is undergoing changes and people have gotten rude and prices have risen. I am happy to go back here because they have friendly service and inexpensive.

I dropped my brand new 200$ ray ban sunglasses down between the driver seat and center console. I thought I would get after the car wash as I couldnt fit my hand down there. Also thought maybe they would find them and give to me as this has happened at other car washes. When I went to try and retrieve them the next day they were gone. I called car wash to see if they were in lost and found. The girl that answered said no. I called back in a day or 2 and asked again . Girl said no. I gave her my phone number and said if they are turned in please call me. I waited another day or 2 and spoke to manager. I offered 50$ no questions asked as they were a birthday gift from my husband. I had to listen to a 5 minute lecture about how they had cameras and no one would steal at the car wash. I said I could care less about all that .. I am offering 50$ for the return of my new glasses.. after 3 weeks I am going back again tomorrow to offer directly to the guys that work there. That car wash is very good and very convenient for me but if no one gives up my glasses tomorrow I will have to go somewhere else. A lesson learned.. dont have anything of value in your car when u get a car wash there.
