        Unfriendly is what you can expect here. Richard did not respond to my concern about replacing the patios cement flooring area after we got a quote. They also charged $190 for a consultation that lasted less than 15minutes. He got angry with some of the questions and concerns I had if we went with them. Feels like I wasted time for coming out although he got his fee. Overall it sad to say there are very shady companies out there and there are some good ones, unfortunately we didn't have a good experience.
