U.S. Bank Branch

This is the worst bank on the planet.  I open a saving account for the purpose to have my safety deposit box paid from it.   And after many calls and in person visits they cannot get their act together.  Then they made my account dormant which apparently requires an in person visit to resolve.  Even though I have a letter saying they would take the safety deposit fee from my account they did not do it.  They should pack it in, banking is not for them.

i showed up 3 days ago and the bank is not open... no note on the door,  no number to call !!  the furniture is still all there ... i have called other banks they are not sure when it will be open... i have a safety deposit box in there that i want to get into....   not a damn thing i can do about it..  i am so angry..  i called the corporate office back east, and all i get is recordings.... not a damn person to talk to...

I referred some elderly clients to this branch. The people at the branch, Monette and Jackson, made this couple feel so welcome and the clients had great things to say about their experience about how the staff was very kind and patient with them. The couple said they had been banking with Bank of America for years but had a much better experience with U.S. Bank's customer service and are moving their banking needs to U.S. Bank! I have used many banks and am pleasantly pleased with this branch.  I have my preferred people to help me of course and to the others please do not ask what I do for work......i am not looking for small talk.....but overall happy.
