        Very bad experience with Julia Osborn, rude, unprofessional, demanding staff with low knowledge of how to file taxes for a single person who moved to CA around 3 months ago from another state. I owed the IRS based on her calculation. I followed up with the corporation; they made corrections and there was no owing. However, they returned my money due to the staff's fault. I will never file with H&R again after 3 years of being their customer due to Julia's mistake. I do not recommend her at all. Even other staff in different locations confirmed her mistake.
