The Tax Experts Group

Extremely unprofessional. Saw Jack a year ago and decided to hold off. Had a new appointment, drove all the way there to be told no longer accepting new clients since I use a different CPA. Apparently since Jack retired, this group is worthless. Don't even bother if they don't do your taxes. What's the point of advertising that they can help resolve issues.

Treated poorly by staff after paying for services rendered - They did handle my tax issue, however, after the fact, they stated will no longer assist me with any future issues and to seek representation elsewhere - I even went as far a s recommending a family member to them that used their services as well, never again  I would not recommend - They take your money then discard you - I was treated unprofessionally by one of the attorneys the entire time and then they turned it around like I did something wrong - There are other tax attorney's out there - Do not use these people -

There isn't enough space to tell of the WONDROUS ways that The Tax Expert Group helped is wade through years of tax issues. Miracle workers who truly know tax code to help us beyond anyway we could've helped ourselves! So thankful!

I've had a great experience working with Jack at The Tax Experts Group, he went above and beyond helping me with my state and federal taxes. Jack resolved the issue with the State of California within 24hrs. The Tax Experts Group filed state/Federal taxes for the last several years, and their accounting skills and knowledge of the IRS is unmatched! My primary interactions have been by phone and email which works great for me and allows a much quicker and easier interactions and they are always been very prompt in response. I've had nothing but a great experience with The Tax Experts Group!
