        UNREALISTIC refund policy. If a flight gets delayed/canceled, I am sick, or an emergency comes up .. there is NO REFUND!!!! Me and my husband travel a lot and we have not encountered this type of inflexible policy anywhere else. What I found even worse, and which solidified the fact that I will not do business with this company is that I called and asked to speak to the manager about it (I have two ailing relatives in the state where I live and they are often rushed to the hospital and sometimes have to stay therehence my travel plans sometimes change) The manager never called me back. In congruence with being objective: this hotel is in a beautiful location with optimal surroundings.
