We were looking for a home in the Orange County area and got in touch with Amir because he had such good online reviews. We had spent a lot of time looking at listings on Zillow but because we are based in Los Angeles the process seemed a bit daunting. Amir made everything as painless as possible by talking us through our selection to narrow down the choices and then by visiting each of the properties we had shortlisted, taking detailed videos to narrow down our selection even further. For each property he made sure that we understood the location before recording the interior. He made sure through the videos that we understood the floorplan, where the appliances were located and even what brands they were, what the possible problems might be in each property and what the good points were. When we had narrowed down the options through his very detailed videos and arrived in Orange County, Amir arranged a schedule for us to visit each of them, collected us from our hotel and drove us to each appointment. He never made us feel rushed and if we had questions that the other realtor couldn’t answer on the spot, he made sure to follow up on them and let us know what he had found out. He never rushed us or pressured us and made us feel that his priority was that together we would find the perfect house for us, however long it might take. It turned out to be a lengthy process involving several trips to Orange County but we finally found the right house. Amir guided us through the purchase and gave us the names of professionals who did extensive inspections of the property so that we knew exactly what we were buying, going far above and beyond expectations. When some of the inspections revealed problems and it looked as if the purchase might fall apart, it was only because of Amir’s persistence, patience, and creative negotiating skill that the transaction went ahead. Working with Amir was a pleasure throughout. He is very knowledgeable specially in South Orange County and the regional property market and is always the calm thoughtful professional that buyers need when making important decisions on purchasing a home. We are very grateful that Amir did not give up on us and we have no hesitation in giving him our wholehearted recommendation.
