Just read the yelp reviews about Russel Garner and take everyone's advice and don't use this person who obviously has no ethics. My agent tried contacting him several times over several weeks on a house. (short sell). He never once responded. I contacted him directly. He told me its sort of on hold with the bank. he said they think its worth 900k what did I think? I said I would like to see it or at least pictures to know. He said while I'll take your number and call you. He never did. Now the home out of the blue goes pending and the listing was lowered down to $700k from $899K. You all now see what he is doing. He is hiding properties from people and selling them to his own people. He is probably getting banks to lower prices also because he makes the houses impossible to see or get offers. Its too bad this world has these types of people.
