I'd like to thank Brandon, Nicki and the rest of the Cesi Pagano team for taking the stress out of the home selling process. Brandon met with us, laid out a plan, asked for our input and agreement then executed it. He is a man of his word and I can't stress enough how much he listens. He and my husband worked well together to see the plan through. All the support staff from Nicki keeping us updated on documents to review/sign to Tony taking care of the signage and arranging to meet the photographer. I worked with Margaret Shepherd for years to find the right home so that we could relocate to Orange County. She not only got us into our dream neighborhood, but she helped us find a rental while we waited. Margaret is very responsive and has good connections throughout the community. Trinh was such a joy to work with! From the minute we connected, I could tell she really cared about her clients. I was interested in renting a home, and got sick the week of the scheduled appointment. She had said it was best we keep the appointment so it was not snatched up by someone else. I came with my mask on and we toured the house. I absolutely fell in love. She kept me updated everyday with where the homeowner was at and helped me submit all the documents. I could tell she was routing for me to get this home and I felt like I had a team mate, someone who wanted the best for me, and guess what?? I got the home. On the day I got the keys, Tony came along to do the inspection and mark down anything I didn't see, which of course, was so helpful because I was just so excited when they handed me the keys, I saw nothing wrong. Highly recommend Cesi Pagano & Associates!!
