Alec is a most amazing guy ever. He handled the recent purchase of our cliff drive, Laguna Beach condo a year ago. He works diligently to identify properties. I visited LA with the possibility of relocating from NY. I wanted to check out condos/townhomes while on vacation. I was referred to Alec and he was just so great! Alec sent me links (prior to my LA visit) to view places I might be interested in, and was so responsive to all my questions. Once in LA, we looked at condos/townhomes and he was just so great in looking for what I wanted in a condo/townhome. I expressed what I liked, and didnt like and he was totally on point (100%).
