Brad Feldman Group

This is the 4th time I have used Brad and his team to buy or sell my home. As always, was a pleasure. Everything happened as they stated and they managed the process perfectly. Would highly recommend The Feldman Group. I will always use them for any real estate needs in the future.

We reached out to Brad to sell our house because he was part of the team that went "above and beyond" to help us buy our house 10 years prior. When we bought; Brad and the team got very creative to financially structure a deal that was suitable for both parties; so when we decided to sell 10 years later, we called Brad. We were selling during a very volatile time and we hit some major bumps; but Brad and his team rose to the challenge. Jacci Trent, Tarah and the rest all contributed to ensure we were covered from every angle. They maintained a grounded but positive attitude throughout the process and kept us informed every step of the way. They were happy to talk strategy with us and answer all of our questions along the way. It was honestly a pleasure working with them and I would do so again.

We worked with Brad and Jacci and from introduction to sale to closing they were wonderful to work with. We were not sure whether to sell or rent and the spent time with us discussing the pros and cons of both. They were not pushy at all and really supported our initial decision to rent. They were ready to take pictures and get the place rented when we called them to discuss the idea of selling. They came and sat down with us yet again to discuss our options. They timed everything perfectly including the "coming soon" announcement, the "for sale" and the open house. Once the house went into escrow, which happened extremely quickly, they worked with us to hire people to perform inspections and finish the work necessary to complete the sale. We highly recommend Brad and his team for any home sale.

It was so easy to work with the Brad Feldman group. They were always happy and flexible in getting us in to see properties. They educated us to the current real estate trends, neighborhoods and provided accurate comps. A huge shout out to Jacqueline Pierce - you went above and beyond!

I worked with Trent, Brand and Jacci on both the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. Trent was very responsive throughout the entire process and truly cared about me and my family being happy. I do not think we would have ended up in our new house without Trent's help.
