We used Wayne to sell our Mission Viejo home this summer and were very happy with his work. He helped us decide what to do to spruce up the house without doing any unnecessary work that wouldn't have increased our value anyways. He helped arrange for the painters to come after we'd moved out and checked to make sure they did good work. He was able to get an offer within a week that we were able to counter to a very reasonable price. Even after we'd closed on the house, someone accidentally sent a package for me to the old address and he picked it up and had it sent to our new home (out of state). I had forgotten what it was like to purchase a home as it had been over a decade since my last experience which was less than stellar. This time around though was an entirely different experience. Enter Wayne Chang.... While I had already picked the location of the residence I did not have a realtor in mind. So after looking at a few reviews decided to send a late night email in my search for a realtor and was surprised he responded so quickly. Wayne had some helpful input as very familiar with the area/homes and set upon an early strategy. We set up an early meeting and were the first to make an appointment for the open house. Three days later we were in Escrow and the rest is history. Wayne is organized and prepared - for example he will show you selling patterns for the area along with the history of the community you are living in. He is readily available to answer all questions and often has already addressed items you were not yet aware of. And most importantly, he is reasonable, patient, logical, and sets reasonable expectations which are crucial in situations like this where often an emotional response can be the difference from a buy/sell or nothing. There are many moving parts where I may not have an idea of where to turn to next but choosing a realtor is not one of them because of your time and efforts. Thank you Wayne.

I would recommend Wayne for all your real estate needs. We used Wayne's services to sell our house in Orange County and I must say the process was real smooth. Selling your home can be a very stressful endeavor. It CAN be if you don't have a real estate agent like Wayne Chang. Through out the whole process while my wife and I had our house on the market, Wayne was there to answer our questions, go over the game plan, and walk us through every step of the process. We really felt as if we were his only customers. Wayne would follow up on every lead, and with his amazing network of friends and fellow coworkers we were able to get the offer we wanted. I can't even begin to explain how comforting it is to have someone like him on your side, there truly is no one better in real estate. The amazing thing too is that everyone who works with him or for him was super professional as well, from the Termite company down to the photographer that took some AMAZING pictures of our home. and to Top it all off, Wayne lent us a MOVING truck to help move once we sold! and since we only plan on being in our new place for a short while, Wayne also found us a great place to rent in between homes. He truly is a ONE STOP SHOP. Thank you Wayne for all of your help, We have NO doubt who we will turn to in the future for any and all of our Real Estate needs.
