The Wann Group

The Wann Group literally changed everything for our family. We had been looking for a house for two years, and in this market, we were so discouraged. Once we engaged with Stuart and his team (special shout out to Hayley the showing agent queen!!), they came alongside us, encouraged us, and kept us going through many ups and downs. In the end, together, we found the perfect home to fit our family! All along the way, Stu and his team were excellent communicators, helping us enormously as we went through the offer and escrow phases, setting us up with a great lender, and ultimately bringing us across the threshold to our new home! We are so grateful for the Wann Group!

Stu and his team took care of everything when it came to selling our house. We were able to choose between multiple offers after the first weekend of open houses and ended up accepting an offer well over asking with the confidence that it would not fall through. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in this Southern California area!

Literally the best! We were stressed out about having to move in a short time frame and having to settle... but Stu went above and beyond for us to make us feel assured we would get something we loved! And he did not fail! We are so in love with our new home and Stu was the best to help us in this process! Cant recommend him enough!
