Absolutely unprofessional management company. Their apartments are cheaply made and not well taken care of. They do not follow up on resident complaints and charge you more then $1000 for move out. Stay away.

I live in one of there complexes and it is trash. No help from the office at all. My washer has been broken for almost a week with no repair insight but they raise the rent every year. The renovations still are not complete from 5 years ago!

Victimized privacy rights safety rights civil rights have all been violated I'm a senior citizen of medical condition something needs to be done about the management of Park avenue leasing office in Long Beach I have told Angelique Dorothy in regards of the tenants in 279 Mr and Mrs Davis and the tenants in 275. I'm viewed in my apartment they can see and describe every damn thing I do in my apartment the people's in 275 describe me in the bathroom naked my family members my caregivers my home health workers have all said the same thing other people who comes to my house that you can hear them too clearly and they should not be watching me in my apartment like that far as I know Angelique has not did anything when she was on vacation I called the other manager of the office which is Dorothy Dorothy came over to apartment 279 and stayed in she can hear everything you guys say and you guys cannot be violating her privacy and safety I mean they describe everything that I do in my apartment for my kitchen and my dining room that's apartment 279 Mr Davis make inappropriate sounds like he jacking off on his wife is out of town in Mexico they just get a thrill of watching me now 275 describes me in the bathroom and lady who stays there describes every scar I have on my body due to childbirth her brother is rude and they just sit up there and get a good time but the bottom line to this is Angelique is in and out of both of these apartments when I have for months ever since August of 2022 told her about this behavior and nothing has been done for over 2 years I have constantly email Angelique who is the head person at The Long Beach leasing out office. I have the health department to come out here I even had my sons and hire a licensed contractor and he deeply said that they are shaving their walls because it's only one wall between me and the two pride units that I have mentioned above. The company that it is ran bys Chapelle and Webb property Management. They will soon know the depths of violating people's privacy rights safety rights and civil rights please no one move here and please never move an apartment 277 2060 North Beverly plaza 277. This will be soon posted on yep now I'm in touch with her civil rights attorney cuz all of my rights has been violated bye I was critical injured and his apartment due to the behavior of the two tenants that I described above
