Sean did a great job training me while I was traveling for work, I cant recommend this place enough. Great atmosphere, great workout, and I really like the model that gets you in and out so quickly. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a place with trainers that actually care about you and your workouts this is the place. Some of the best trainers I have seen that really take their time to make sure you have a fun, beneficial, and most importantly safe workout. They really push you to your limits and encourage you during workouts when you want to give up or quit. Specifically Jonathan, Sean, and Maryam. Although all their trainers are great. I am a very beginner level when it comes to kickboxing and I have learned alot. Great studio and trainers. Highly recommend.

The energy in this place is amazing! What makes it even better is I am able to get a good 30 min workout on my time. No schedule to adhere to, no class size limits, just walk in, be a badass, and leave a stronger person. All the trainers are great and bring their own energy and style to every workout!
