Unbelievably efficient in every way. Sandi and Gene complement each other well as a team. Together they are accountable and responsive to their customer needs, explain everything easily before hand, meet all expectations and sincerely have that genuine care for customer satisfaction that we just dont see as much anymore. They have reliably been this way for years in my experience and yesterday they came through and exceeded all our expectations with multiple problems on multiple doors. Some old issues and one brand new one that is now resolved. And actually better than we wanted due to Genes creative ingenuity and know how. Sandi pleasantly kept us in the loop of expected cost as things evolved. In the end beautiful work, fairly priced, from a very enjoyable couple. Professionally and personally. Polite, quick to assist, prompt, very reasonable rates - absolutely recommend! I locked myself out on a Saturday morning and Sandi gave me the number of another locksmith as she could not get someone there! She obviously has a great working relationship with other locksmiths and her referral had someone there in 15 minutes! And he even made an extra for me. So, so grateful.
