Best place to workout in the area! Quality, clean equipment and knowledgable trainers. Highly recommend PT with Lewis.

Lu is the man. Super knowledgeable, mellow but upbeat vibe, and puts together fun creative workouts. Group classes always have a good crew and Lu still personalizes weights and even exercises to make sure its challenging and effective. Equipment is well maintained and theres a lot of variety. Cant recommend Modern Fitness OC more!

If you are looking to get fit and work with a trainer who actually cares, you MUST go to Modern Fitness!! The group training classes are fun, different each day and keep me motivated to achieving my fitness goals!!

I cant say enough about Lu and his gym. I absolutely LOVE it. I love the people he attracts and I get to work out with. I love lifting weights. I never have in my life, and it has been a game changer. I am probably close to my best shape Ive ever been in, and Im in my 50s. His prices are reasonable and he is the best trainer Ive ever worked with.
