My husband took my jacket in an they burned the string on one side. I took it in after they were rude on the phone to have them fix it. He explained how he would fix it and told me to come on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday they told me to come on Wednesday. I go in on Wednesday and he completely changed what he said about how he was going to fix the string and blamed the holiday on Monday for why he didn't get the part and said it extended a day but a day was already extended from the initial pick up day. My jacket was $115 hence me taking it to the cleaners and now I need to go after that to reimburse me somehow as I hav see zero confidence they actually deposit what should never have been broken in the first place

Over charged me on a mattress pad, then I challenged the Mgr and he gave me a credit of $25. Every time my husband brought in cleaning, they would never give us that credit. Worst people ever to deal with. We have moved on

This is the worst place you can bring clothes to get clean. If I can rate negative stars I will. Brought a brand new Essentials hoodie (it was 160 bucks) and they totally ruined it. When I picked it up, I found dirt and oil spots all over the front of my hoodie. The lady who worked there whose name is Patricia is extremely rude. No apologies and no patience, she even asked me back why I bring new cloth to them. They made mistakes and forced you to pay for it. Don't go to this place. It literally sucks.

Warning!! never use this cleaners. I brought in $500 ralph Lauren sport jacket new with tags still on picked up and they burnt labels. Jacket is ruined . I brought it back to them and said they didn't do and I brought it in like that again literally brand new with tags still on. Owner was so rude said not responsible and to get out. Please never use this cleaner rudest people ever !!destroyed $599 suit . I will be sueing. Literally worst people I ever dealt with especially owner. As you see most review are one star. Plus way over priced Service: Ironing
