OC's SDCCU Laguna Niguel / Alicia Parkway Branch is a very pleasant location for in Lobby financial transactions. Branch Mgr Maria Benavides is certainly a retail Finance Industry professional. Xlnt Customer Service skills, Maria is polite and indeed has a very friendly personality. She is a motivational team-builder for her staff, and is a very good listener... Maria's obvious loyalty and pride working for SDCCU is immediatley evident. A valuable employee for any CU Management team...

I can't think of one thing to recommend. I have 4 accounts and the service is so poor. Long wait times when you call. 25 minutes on average. The Vice President branch manager is Filotheea Simona Rosu. She is the rudest, most inconsiderate woman ever. I had 3 business transactions but was so hot and couldn't breath with the mask over my nose. She literally made me leave the bank and stand outside in the hot sun to get served. No table, no chair, no water. To sign the wire transfer documents, I placed the page on the wall to sign it. I have such disrespect for her and now the bank because of her. The promote in their adverts that put the customer above profit. Phooey. That's just a marketing ploy. Don't believe it for a moment.

Been with SDCCU for 10 years or so now. I don't go in for much but when I have (during this pandemic) it has been pleasant. I'd definitely recommend this or any credit union over any large bank.
