We hired RJH construction in 2019 to do a full remodel of the downstairs portion of our home, including adding onto our kitchen and family room, and installing new bifold glass doors. We've been in our home over 13 years and have undergone numerous home improvement projects during that time. Rich and his crew were by far the best we've ever worked with and we enthusiastically recommend him to all of our friends who are looking for a contractor referral. Rich is great with communication, and is consistently on time. His prices are reasonable and we didn't have to worry about being "nickel & dimed" throughout the process (even when we made changes to the plan). Rich is also extremely knowledgeable and has a large network of professionals and does an excellent job project managing the entire job so we never had to worry about going out on our own to find sub-contractors for any aspect of the job. From architect, to plumber, custom cabinetry, flooring, elecinterior designer, roofer, painters, and even finding us someone to repair our pavers, Rich had us covered. And because he either directly employs or has worked with these people for a number of years, the coordination was seamless. We would not hesitate to work with RJH again. Rich and his team did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

RJH remodeled my outdoor deck that is on top of the garage. It has turned into the main living area at the house. Full kitchen w built in cabinets and counter tops. Also pergola with sitting area. I always had issues with leaks on the old deck. Office and car underneath. The total redo of the deck surface(garage roof) turned out amazing. Looks great and No Leaks...not a drop. Excellent job will definitely use them again.

Update: It turns out RJH owner had something personal which affected him getting back to me after work was done from Nov 2018 until Mar 2020, 1 year, 4 months later after continuing texts including contacting his assistant contractor, I just happened to have his cell from job. I had asked for paint info and left messages for him about a couple things that weren't right and needed fixing after install. Rich contacted me and apologized yesterday (March'20), and got me the paint info today, plus paint, but I did end up finally paying for a local contractor to fix the the cabinet that had a bad hinge and a bad drawer a few months ago.

We just finished our second remodal with RJH construction and we can't wait for the next. The attention to detail is second to none. I trust the entire staff in my home no matter when it is and if there is someone home or not. As any remodal goes there will be times of miscommunication and every time they resolved the issue without hesitation. It was always so reassuring when the owner Rich tells you "they will make it happen" and him and his team deliver on those words EVERY time. I can't say enough good things about RJH construction and will use them for every project moving forward. I'm looking forward to the next part of the house for them to turn into a masterpiece. We had some pretty major work done in our last venture with blowing out a wall and installing Cantina doors, and an entire kitchen remodel.
