Geeks Drive Savers is very helpful when we have to call them - sometimes I have to get my husband to talk to them because I don't understand what they want me to do, but that's OK - it gets the job done.

Shame on you! I googled "Belkin Support" and let them into my computer. When the woman explained that there was a Trojan virus I panicked. I asked her to get out of my computer. She asked why, and I said I accidentally called and meant to call Belkin support. She kept telling me I called them, which was true. Belkin didn't need to get into my computer to solve the issue I was having. There was no Trojan virus that was affecting the wi-fi extender from working, like I was told by the unscrupulous woman on the phone. The call was disconnected, and I took my computer to a repair shop to determine what this piece of human excrement did to my computer. She put a "fake" virus on my computer so it would appear that something was causing my router to not work properly. Thankfully I didn't pay them a dime. My fault for not being more careful in my google search, their fault for being unscrupulous jerks.

I called for HP product support and, before I knew it, the "IT Help" took over control of my screen and set an encryption. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Google should dump them from advertising as well. Shameful human beings and a dreadful company.

Issue resolution was up to mark and received a call back as per the promised time. Need to improve the customer service part.
