Rivian South Coast Theater

My wife and I came here with the intent of purchasing a Rivian. We walked an around the show room floor passing 4 to 5 workers. Not a single one said a word to us let alone looked at us. It was pretty clear we were not welcome there.

What a gem! We attended a film screening of Common Ground, followed by a fascinating panel of speakers. The space itself is stunning and the team on site couldn't have been more welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful night, Rivian! We'll be back.

My husband and I have been thinking about purchasing a Rivian for quite a while and were excited to check this place out. We walked in at the same time as another couple and they were greeted and welcomed in. We however, were completely ignored despite there being multiple employees walking around. We walked around the vehicles and looked around the best we could but werent able to look inside of them as we had no idea if we were able to and felt very unwelcome. I even smiled at an employee that walked past us and he completely ignored me. We decided it was not worth the effort to make someone pay attention to us. As we walked out one employee did thank us for coming in which made it even clearer that we were not considered serious customers. The venue is beautiful but because no one spoke to us I have no idea what they do there, anything about the vehicles, and if you can even make a purchase there. Very disappointed to say the least.
