        I only 4 stared as there is always room for improvements. The wait time is my only complaint for this first service. Nice n clean waiting area n restroom. I will be back for my vehicles needs and hope to experience as nice as service again.

        First off, the whole Laguna team was amazing but special Thank You to Austin. Not only was he kind, his communication has been remarkable and he's gone out of his way multiple times to try to help with the littlest things that my wife and I have brought to his attention. We will forever be coming back and referring friends and family to here. Thank you guys again
