I really do not recommend hiring Rory, I deliberated a lot on leaving this review, and came to the conclusion that it should be left. I had initially hired Rory to remodel my house after we had a fire in the house. We hired him through our contractor, who recommended Rory as his friend, anyway he (the contractor) ended up deceiving us and many others (check veteran builders reviews on yelp). Overall it was a terrible experience. After we moved on to a different contractor Rory held our plans hostage for months, asked to give him a release and back date it, not sure why we needed to back date it, if his work was good why did he need a release. Anyway after paying him we had to get all the work redone by a different architect. Save your money go elsewhere. He said he would issue the remainder of the retainer back, 2 years now and we have not received anything back. He has started ghosting us now. Make sure you do not hire him and if you have, keep track of your money.
