Brian gets the award for the best agent we've ever worked with. He listed a house in Alamo for us late last year that needed some updating, and then expertly guided us through the necessary decisions, always checking in to get feedback before proceeding. The house was totally transformed and sold for more than we we were expecting, even as the market was trending downward. As noted in some of the other reviews, he was professional, communicative, honest, and helped us select the best of several offers that resulted in a smooth transaction. We couldn't have been happier.

Brian has done a fantastic job representing us in two home sales over the years. We picked Brian for several reasons. Perhaps it was due to the stress of COVID- however Brian said one thing and did another. He convinced us to allow him to choose the trades for work around the house promising they would be reasonable and less expensive then if we sourced ourselves. This was not the case and we were very disappointed.

A realtor like Brian is very hard to come by nowadays. He is hardworking and patient. He is honest and practical. He has been in the business for years so his knowledge of the East Bay is based on the deep roots that he has already established. We are very grateful to Brian for helping us find the home that is well suited to our family's needs.
