Ernie Sexton made a life changing recommendation when I sold my commercial building. I had interviewed several realty companies who had a narrow view of our market. Ernie directed me to one who had a staff that really knew what value I had and how to sell it. The sale was $500,000 more than others would have valued our property. Life changing!
