I recently had an eye emergency, and Dr. Pascal and most of the rest of this team are fantastic! I don't remember everyone's names, but Dr. Pascal, Amira, Julia (?) and Cory were so helpful. One, Shanna, I'm not sure why she works there. She was a big aberration to the rest of the team for me.

Only my second ever review but wanted to express my gratitude First I was greeted by a very efficient and friendly front desk person. Wish I could remember her name but was exceptional After filling out forms I was taken to the clinical area.  Each step was explained and it was obvious they were happy and confident.  Most importantly they seemed like they enjoyed their jobs.  As a doctor with a small clinical facility, I was more than impressed Then the doctor.  I had heard a great deal about Dr Pascal.   I could see why so many trust him.  He is smart , experienced and reassuring.The whole office seem to be happy and explain procedures. Doctors are ok, but the billing department is horrible. They all have incredible attitudes when you call asking questions. They also don't know how to code things correctly on billing statements to insurance companies and are never willing to take any accountability. I ended up paying for $150 for a 30min check up because of this. They also billed my insurance an equivalent amount but because the coding was done so sloppy I got stuck with the rest. Extremely rude when I tried calling to figure out the bill.
