Rosemary did an outstanding job helping us buy our new home. She has a wealth of industry experience which is invaluable for anyone who is not intimately familiar with the home buying process (i.e. anyone who doesn't purchase real estate as a livelihood). The folks she recommended for a home loan, inspection, etc were excellent. We targeted a 30 day escrow and due to Rosemary's efficiency, we actually closed in 3 weeks! Rosemary is simply the best realtor I've ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. There were a lot of work needed on our property before going on market and Rosemary was there every step along the way. She got things lined up so we could get to market as planned.
