        Ive been doing business with venture pacific insurance for the past 30 years for my business my four cars my house and a boat they have provided excellent service for me. They always take the time to explain the differences in coverages and someways its not best to save a couple of dollars but get the right coverage for you. For fifty dollars a year they saved my house all because someone took the time to explain the policy. Thanks for the great service!

        Very unhappy with this company. Needed a quote for insurance. Took them almost 3 weeks and quoted twice the coverage I had repeatedly asked for. Do not use. They will waste your time. Go anywhere else. Very bad customer service from Tim Caldwell. Promise after promise broken. Didnt even check in today after 2.5 weeks of waiting on promised quotes. Buyer beware.
