        Highly unprofessional and ill-mannered. Susanne was constantly 10-15 minutes late every single time we had a lesson and made passive aggressive comments during the sessions, such as, "do you even want to pass your driving test?," "you don't listen," or "you're an awkward driver." Additionally, she is an absolute nightmare to schedule with; she also charged us a $100 cancellation fee when her website says it's $50 and we didn't realize we were supposed to pay less until after we already paid. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience; this woman is snarky, overtly hostile and can't differ between constructive criticism and bashing.

        Our experience with Susanne requires more stars than a Google review has available! My daughter is a high anxiety kid, and from the moment she got behind the wheel for lessons, she was at ease. Susanne is thorough, patient, educational, and creates a fun learning atmosphere for the kids. She goes above and BEYOND to make sure both mom, AND child are at comfortable, and confident. She is flexible with scheduling and works hard to find times that will work. It is clear that she is passionate about her role at this very crucial stage of life. It is obvious she wants to make a difference. Six months with Susanne and she feels like family! Both my daughter and I are grateful for the valuable time spent with Susanne. She has had an impact on our lives.

        Suzanne was completely unprofessional and disorganized. She was late to every lesson and made my daughter cry with her unyielding and nasty criticism. Openly asked my daughter if she has a learning disability or some sort of mental disorder. Absolutely a horrible experience and I strongly recommend working with any other driving school aside from this one.

      Hi S and B, I am going to reply to both of your reviews with a heavy heart. As you know, everyone has a very busy schedule these days. As I did with B on several occasions, I try to help pick up/drop off kids at different locations whenever I can. It does, sometimes, put me a few minutes late. Also, I am dependent on the timeliness of other students and traffic conditions in order to stay on track throughout my day. Even though I may occasionally run late, everyone gets their full hour so my students don't miss out on skills covered in the lesson. I very much value everyone's time and it is frustrating to me, too, when I run behind schedule. In regards to the other negative experiences you mentioned, I am shocked at what has been said. You both are entitled to express your opinions and I value the feedback I get from all my customers. My business is incredibly important to me and I regret your experience. This is my livelihood and my passion. I wish you all a better experience in the future and hope your kids remain safe and smart on the roads regardless of your opinion of me and my school.
